Some general thoughts on Marketing 2.0
Recently I have been thinking a lot about marketing a) because for the business unit I head, I am trying to reach a fairly widespread customer base with a very tight budget and b) a lot of the entrepreneurs I am talking to are thinking about using 'viral' and 'word of mouth' to launch their product. This presentation tries to summarize the things that were broken in the traditional marketing and how the new tools help overcome them. What others have called Marketing 2.0.
